CEO Group and Agribank sign credit financing agreement for Tien Lang Airport Industrial Park (Zone B) - CEOZONE Hai Phong

The signing ceremony took place in a solemn atmosphere, marking a strategic step in the cooperative relationship between CEO Group and Agribank, and creating a solid financial foundation for the implementation of the Tien Lang Airport Industrial Park – Zone B Project (CEOZone Hai Phong).

The project, invested by CEO Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company (CEO IP) – a member of the CEO Group – covers nearly 200 hectares with a total investment of approximately VND 2,800 billion. This is one of the first industrial park projects to be implemented in the Hai Phong Free Trade Zone – the first and most comprehensive free trade zone model in Northern Vietnam.

With this project, CEO Group officially expands significantly into the industrial park sector, creating new growth momentum alongside its core Real Estate - Construction - Services pillars, and contributing to raising Hai Phong's position on the map for attracting high-quality FDI.

The signing ceremony of the credit financing agreement between CEO Group and Agribank marks a new chapter in the long-term cooperation between the two parties, aiming to develop the Tien Lang Airport Industrial Park – Zone B in a modern and integrated manner, making a positive contribution to the formation and development of the urban-service-logistics ecosystem of the port city in the future.
